Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by LKN Luxury Lens (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a provider of 360 video booth rental services. By booking or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

LKN Luxury Lens provides 360 video booth rental services, including setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment during the rental period. Additional services may include event photography, video production, social media sharing, and customization options.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation: All bookings must be made at least seven days in advance. A valid reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a deposit.

  • Deposit: A deposit of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. This is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the event.

  • Payment: Full payment for services is due two weeks prior to the event date. If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation may be canceled.

  • Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refundable if made within the cancellation window. Cancellations made 30 days before the event will result in a refund of the total amount paid. If cancelled after cancellation window 50 percent of deposit will be refunded.

3. Event Details and Setup

  • Client Responsibility: The client must provide accurate event details, including the event location, timing, and any special requirements.

  • Setup and Breakdown: Our team will arrive (varies) hours before the event to set up the 360 video booth and will require (varies) hours after the event for breakdown. The client must ensure adequate space and access for our equipment.

  • Power Supply: The client is responsible for providing a reliable power source at the event location.

4. Client Conduct

  • Event Behavior: The client is responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to a safe and respectful environment. LKN Luxury Lens reserves the right to stop the event if the behavior of guests jeopardizes the safety or functionality of the booth or other equipment.

  • Damage to Equipment: The client agrees to be responsible for any damage or loss of the 360 video booth equipment or other property caused by event attendees.

5. Content and Media

  • Ownership of Content: All videos and photos taken during the event remain the property of LKN Luxury Lens unless otherwise agreed upon. The client grants permission for LKN Luxury Lens to use photos, videos, and other content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Social Media Sharing: The client may request digital copies of content, which will be provided in a timely manner. Sharing of content on social media platforms is encouraged, and the client agrees to tag and credit LKN Luxury Lens where applicable.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Limitation of Liability: LKN Luxury Lens is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including equipment failure, loss of data, or failure to meet the client’s expectations.

  • Insurance: The client may choose to provide insurance for the event or equipment rental. LKN Luxury Lens recommends the client consider event insurance.

7. Force Majeure

LKN Luxury Lens will not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, equipment failure, or any other event that disrupts normal operations.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold LKN Luxury Lens harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the event, use of the 360 video booth, or any violation of these terms.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data provided during the booking process will only be used for service fulfillment and communication purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Amendments

LKN Luxury Lens reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NC/United States.
